Years of neglect have left many areas rusted. This place seems forgotten. A visit here evoked a sense of nostalgia. We were lucky enough to see red spider lilies on both sides. They were truly beautiful. We could also enjoy a panoramic view of the harbor. The scenery was breathtaking. But be careful not to lean against the railings; the steel bars are severely rusted!

The building commemorates President Chiang Ching-kuo's numerous visits to Matsu. Its location is excellent, situated on a hillside offering views of Shengli Reservoir and Nangan Fu'ao Harbor, with pleasant outdoor scenery. The main building is generally well-preserved, but the exterior corridors are less than ideal, with peeling cement in many places. The main hall resembles the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei, featuring a seated statue of President Chiang Ching-kuo under a blue sky and white sun. The second floor displays his life story and related old photographs.

This memorial hall is completely neglected; the bronze statues are covered in dust. The second floor used to be open to the public, but for some reason, the door is locked. All that manpower was wasted on quality; it's a real waste of taxpayers' money.

There wasn't much information presented; just a few old photos and a huge statue of Chiang Ching-kuo. The ceiling design was rather interesting. (The restrooms were clean.) Not worth the special trip; it's rather uninspiring...
